Anesthetic management of a pediatric patient with situs solitus and dextrocardia

Dextrocardia with situs inversus is a rare heart condition genetic predisposition. Although most individuals lead normal healthy life and usually, it an incidental finding. Due to their unique anatomical variations associated congenital variations, they may pose challenges attending clinicians. We are hereby reporting successful anesthetic management of the case 2.5-year-old child who presented for emergency laparotomy on investigations, was found have dextrocardia along solitus.
